Teens Cooking Camp – Little Italy

During this 5 day camp experience, your young chef will participate in hands-on classes under the guidance of our expert Chef Instructors. They will be creating and eating recipes each day that focus on Italian foods!
Campers will learn how to make Eggplant Parmesan. They will also make a Classic Antipasto Salad as a side dish.
Campers will learn to make Pasta e Fagioli. They will also learn how to make Tiramisu.
Campers will learn how to make Homemade Crepes. They will then use the crepes to make Classic Manicotti from scratch.
Campers will learn how to make Homemade Potato Gnocchi. They will also make a simple Tomato Sauce with Fresh Basil to top their Gnocchi.
Campers will learn how to make Prosciutto, Pea and Parmesan Risotto.

What you will get with each class:
With each hands-on cooking class at Chef’s Emporium, not only will you receive the instruction of one of our experienced and certified chefs, you will also get copies of all the original recipes used during the class.
Minimum enrollment must be met for classes to be held and that number is set based on each individual class, please inquire when registering.
Chef’s classes are 2 hours in length, unless otherwise stated
Depending on class size, you may either work individually or in groups
After each course, you will enjoy the food you have prepared.
All class participants receive a 10% discount on in-store purchases the day of their class.
