If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in its original packaging accompanied by the register receipt within 14 days of purchase and you will be credited back via your method of payment (cash, credit, debit, or gift card). If purchase was made by check, a 14 day waiting day period is required for a cash refund.
Merchandise returns with the original receipt beyond 14 days of purchase will receive store credit only. Gift receipts are valid for store credit or exchange of merchandise only. We cannot accept returns of special-order items.
For returns of items purchased from your Chefs Registry; we will provide an exchange for the merchandise within 60 days of your event date. These returns will be exchanged as a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt or registry.
Merchandise that is used, worn or in unsalable condition will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange. Other restrictions may apply.
No refunds will be given after 30 days for any circumstances.
